Booking terms and conditions;

1.A deposit of 25% of the rental cost is payable at the time of booking to secure the reservation.The balance is payable 28 days prior to the start of the booking with
A damage deposit of £300 is required.The damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of you vacating the property less the cost of any damage or excessive cleaning required.

2.Changeover days are flexible.
The accomodation will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.You will be met by our local English speaking key holder who will show you around the
property.Mid week cleaning is available but payable locally on request.

3.Welcome packs can be provided on request.

4.Children are welcome in all properties apart from St cyprien where the gaps in the balustrading of the balcony are too wide to safely accomodate young
children.

5.Pets may be permitted on request

6.Minimum stay 5 days

7.Towels and linen are included in all properties.Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

8. In order to facilitate cleaning we ask guests not to arrive prior to 4pm and to leave by 10.30am on day of departure.If your flight leaves later our
key holders will care for your luggage until later if required.
